Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect from businesses

When a business completes our intake form, we collect:

• Business name, category, tagline, description, and business hours
• Manager/contact name, phone number, email address, and physical address(es)
• Logo and gallery images uploaded through the form
• Links to the business's Google/Yelp review pages and social media profiles
• Chosen color scheme, preferred language, and any custom call-to-action button text/links

We use this information solely to build, operate, and display the business's generated landing page, to communicate with the business about their submission (approval, revision requests, or account-related notices), and to generate AI-assisted marketing keywords used on their landing page. This information is retained for as long as the business's page remains active. If a submission is not approved, we permanently delete it along with any associated images, review/social links, and activity records — we don't keep rejected submissions on file.

2. Information we collect from visitors

When you visit a business's generated landing page, we collect:

• Basic interaction analytics — page views, and taps on review links (Google/ Yelp), social links, and "Follow Us" buttons. Each interaction is tied to a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie, and not linked to your name or any account), used only to avoid counting the same visitor's repeat action twice within a 24-hour window. We do not track you across different websites.
• AI review assistant input — if you use the on-page tool to draft a review or social post, the keywords you select and/or the text you type are sent to our AI provider to generate or improve draft text and suggested hashtags. The assistant only ever produces a draft for you to copy — it never posts or submits anything on your behalf.
• Language preference — if you use the page's language switcher, the business's content is translated on demand; your language choice isn't stored beyond your current visit.

Your IP address is used briefly, in memory only, to prevent abuse of the AI assistant (rate limiting) — it is never written to our database or retained after that check.

3. Third parties we share information with

• AI provider (OpenAI): keywords/text you submit to the review assistant, and a business's public marketing details used to generate keyword suggestions, are sent to OpenAI to generate draft text. Generated text is also checked with OpenAI's moderation tool before being shown to you.
• Translation provider (MyMemory): a business's public landing-page text may be sent to the free MyMemory translation API to produce the language-switcher translations.
• Email delivery provider (SMTP): invitation emails, approval/revision notices, analytics report emails, and password-reset emails are sent through our email service provider.

We do not sell personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies and local storage

Public landing pages instead use your browser's local storage to hold the random visitor identifier described above; you can clear it at any time through your browser's privacy settings, which simply starts a new, unlinked identifier for future visits.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of our platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
