1. For businesses

• You confirm that the information, images, and links you submit through our intake form (business details, contact information, logo, gallery images, review/social links) are accurate and that you have the right to submit and display them.
• You grant Sparkr Media a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and translate (via our language-switcher feature) the content you submit, solely for the purpose of operating your generated landing page.
• Our staff review every submission before it goes live and may approve it, request revisions, or decline it. There is no guarantee of approval, and we do not guarantee any particular review volume, ranking, or business outcome from having a landing page.
• We may disable a live landing page (for example, for inaccurate information, abuse, or at your request) or remove a pending submission that we decline to approve. Businesses do not have a login or account with us — access to manage a submission is limited to the one-time link we email you.

2. For visitors

• The AI review assistant available on a landing page only drafts text for you — it never submits, posts, or publishes anything on your behalf, on any platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and choosing whether to post any content it drafts, on Google, Yelp, social media, or anywhere else.
• Drafted content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or not reflect your actual experience — don't submit a review or post you don't believe to be true.
• Links to Google, Yelp, social media platforms, and any other third-party site are provided for convenience. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
• Reasonable usage limits apply to the AI review assistant to prevent abuse; we may throttle or block requests that exceed them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our platform — including submitting false business information, attempting to disrupt or overload our systems, or using the AI review assistant to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or intended to mislead readers.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our platform, including any AI-generated content, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkr Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, a business's landing page, or any AI-drafted content you choose to publish elsewhere.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of our platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
